Experience Community | Build Skills | Develop Connections

Launch | Ages 16-23
The Launch program (ages 16-23) is built around three components for our students: Experiencing Community, Building Skills and Developing Connections. This is done through our weekly discussion groups, social opportunities, and volunteering.
Launch runs from September to May. With no more than eight participants in each group, students benefit from personalized support, meaningful friendship development, a close-knit community, and opportunities to build practical life, executive functioning, and social skills. Participants set individualized goals for personal development and future aspirations, creating a personalized path for growth throughout the year.
As part of the Launch program, we offer a monthly Parent Group designed to support and connect families. These meetings provide an opportunity for parents to build relationships, share experiences, exchange resources, and encourage one another throughout the transition-to-adulthood journey. Parents also receive updates on program activities and student learning, and throughout the year, guest speakers are invited to present on topics relevant to young adults and their families.
