The transition to adulthood brings exciting opportunities—and new challenges. At Hope Learning Center, we help autistic teens and young adults navigate this journey through personalized support, real-world experiences, and meaningful social connections.

Our programs provide a supportive pathway through each stage of adulthood. In Launch (ages 16–23), participants build essential life, social, and executive functioning skills while preparing for greater independence. Connect (ages 24–30) focuses on developing lasting friendships, strengthening community connections, and maintaining a fulfilling, balanced adult life.

Both programs are designed to help participants grow in confidence, increase independence, and build meaningful relationships along the way.
